Sound Meditation

The sound instruments that will be used in the Mediation session may include metal singing bowls, gongs, crystal quartz bowls, wind chimes, solfeggio tuning pipes and percussion instruments. Meditation with sound healing instruments are believed to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and lower blood pressure. There are some considerations to be aware of, and people who may choose to avoid Meditation with Sound (sometimes known as sound healing or sound baths) include those who:

 

• Are prone to headaches: Some people report experiencing headaches as a result of the noise and vibrations that the singing bowls and gongs produce. 

• Are pregnant: Because the effects on pregnancy are not known, you might want to avoid this  if you are currently pregnant.

• Have epilepsy. In some instances, noise and vibrations may trigger seizures.

• Have Parkinson’s disease or have a deep brain stimulation device (DBS) debrilator, 

• Have with carotid stenosis (prior to application in the area of the carotid artery/larynx)

• Have cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias, stents or shunts.

• If you are on medication for severe depression, anxiety, mental health issues.
  
  If any of the above-mentioned points are applicable, please seek advice from a medical practitioner before choosing to attend. 

You must advise BLISSFUL ENERGY before the commencement of the session if you have any of the following listed below, BLISSFUL ENERGY will consider any requirements and adaptions to the session and or the session may need to be cancelled:

 

• deep vein thrombosis in the leg or known thrombi.

• open wounds.

• acute inflammations and tumours.

• have a pacemaker or defibrillator

• have metallic implants

•  are post surgery and have sutures not fully healed

• have carotid atherosclerosis (neck area)

• have epilepsy

• have screws or implants 

• artificial joints

• inflamed joints and veins

• the skin, in the case of inflammatory skin disorders

• weeping eczema

• diseased veins

• are pregnant or think you may be pregnant

• have had whiplash in the three days prior to the session

Please note: In one-on-one sessions instruments may be placed on the body. By agreeing to the Sound Meditation Terms and Conditions all participants are agreeing that they are taking part under their own consideration and participation is agreed to be at their own risk.

MEDITATION & ALL COACHING SESSION BOOKING TERMS 

All sessions must be paid for upfront unless otherwise agreed. Bookings are non refundable unless exceptional circumstances are met as deemed appropriate in writing by BLISSFUL ENERGY. Pricing Bundles and Packages are purchased in line with appropriate time frames for use and this is agreed upon acknowledgement in the booking terms and agreements check box. Meeting links and password log in details are not to be shared with other parties unless agreed in writing with BLISSFUL ENERGY. Coaching agreements are provided as per appropriate sessions and highlight the provision of services in line with complementary services. Payments are received via the payment methods outlined in the booking details provided by BLISSFUL ENERGY. The pricing plans are relevant on the day published and can be changed at any time by BLISSFUL ENERGY.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and fairness to all clients, please adhere to the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice:

• To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
  2. Late Cancellation or No-Show:

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 

3. Rescheduling:

• If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Exceptions:

• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

5. Payment for Missed Appointments:

• Missed appointments due to late cancellation or no-shows will require payment in full before scheduling future appointments.

6. Refunds:

• Refunds for canceled appointments are subject to our discretion and may be provided on a case-by-case basis.

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by our cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

7. Changes to Appointments by Blissful Energy. 

Blissful Energy has the right to change and reschedule appointments when and as required and will provide full refund if required.
