A 2-hour creative workshop designed for kids and adults. It's a playful and mindful experience that brings together fun, flowers, and a touch of calm. Perfect for sparking joy and imagination in young hearts! The day begins and ends with calming guided meditations, helping the young minds feel grounded and relaxed. In between, they'll craft their very own flower crowns, with their parents or guardians and explore their creativity of colour and choice. Tea and fruit flavoured water are provided to keep your spirit nourished as you weave beauty, mindfulness, and purpose into this unforgettable journey. *Member Price can only be selected if you are an existing member of Blissful Energy - starting from $11 per month
