What is included in each online group session?You can sign up for individual sessions or monthly memberships with a savings included. You will receive and email confirmation once you have booked and paid online with a zoom link for the session. You will also receive a reminder 24 hours prior to the session. The session will be approximately one hour and include sound healing instruments, guided meditation, mindfulness and mindset tips. For example Sound Bliss is mostly sound instruments with a sprinkle of guided meditation and Mind Bliss is the opposite. The Sacred Circle (members only) is a safe space for sharing, grounding, inspiration and heart lead connections and the Coaching Circle (members only) is a mindset focused hour where we journal, chant and unpack where we are and where we are going.
